Kevin has been a full time licensed residential real estate agent since 1980. Kevin has extensive knowledge in the I-580/680 corridor from Livermore to Walnut Creek. His practice includes residential sales and listings, corporate relocation, and he specializes in the Dublin market. Kevin contributes to Dublin Schools, is a member of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce and has served as a board member of the Chamber and a board member of The Silvergate Highlands Home Owners Association. Kevin has also been a volunteer for Dublin Partners in Education helping the local schools with events and projects. Kevin also has experience with bank owned REO, Short Sales, and expert witness testimony.
Personal
Kevin is a native San Franciscan and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Francisco in 1977. He has been a San Ramon Valley resident since 1980. Kevin and his wife live in Dublin and own 4 local properties. He is an avid athlete in mountain/road biking and skiing. Kevin has completed the Alcatraz swim to San Francisco twice and has ridden the “Death Ride” 6 times. He currently coaches middle and high school mountain bike teams.

Darci Preisser

Darci specializes in helping residential buyers and sellers in the San Ramon Valley and Tri-Valley areas. She recognizes that the biggest investment most people will ever make is their home. Darci knows how to help buyers and sellers navigate the current market conditions to get top dollar for their property. She has a background in administration and human resources, having worked for local companies in Bishop Ranch and Stoneridge Business Park.
Darci is actively engaged in the community through volunteering for the local SRVUSD schools and not-for-profit organizations. She has served as a Girl Scout Leader and on the Board of Directors for the Jai Lao Foundation, an educational not-for-profit that builds schools and does humanitarian work in rural Lao villages. She is also very active in her church community in San Ramon.

Darci is a native resident of the San Ramon Valley. She was born in Walnut Creek, raised in Danville where she attended local schools, and graduated from San Ramon Valley High School. She attended University of Utah and moved back home, where she has lived since 2002, in the Twin Creeks neighborhood of San Ramon. Darci teamed up with Kevin Dielissen to offer her clients more services.
