Kevin went above and beyond to help my wife and I get our first house together right before our wedding.  The seller had us in second position, out of two buyers, but after Kevin met with her in person she changed her mind and sold to us.  We are now raising our two sons in that home and 17 years later feel extremely lucky to be here.  All because of Kevin’s extra effort.
